312 Architect and Design was founded with the idea of providing progressive architecture design using sleek and elegant design styles while utilizing excellent design management practices to deliver exceptional projects and value for the client. We are a full-service architecture consulting firm providing concept design, space planning, construction documentation, permitting, and construction management based in Phoenix, Arizona.

312 Architect and Design is composed of the founding partners Kris Ontiveros – a real estate expert and Jay Dee Woods – a construction specialist, along with a team of design and management experts from Arizona and Manila. With the teams’ combined expertise, we can deliver projects from single-family/multi-family residences, residential subdivision planning, mixed-use, commercial, remodels and tenant improvements.

  • Kris Ontiveros

    Co-Founder and CFO
    Kris is an investor specialist and real estate expert passionate about creating multiple passive income via real-estate investments. He co-founded 312 Architects and Design in February 2020 with Jay Dee Woods to create cutting edge architecture and development projects that specializes on modern design homes and small multifamily projects.

    Co-Founder
    Jay Dee is a construction specialist passionate about building energy efficient homes. His organizational and leadership skills is honed from his term in the US Army. He is an advocate for military veteran mental health and wellness and is working to decrease veteran homelessness.

  • Jo-anne Quizan

    Principal Architect – Manila
    Provides a history of delivering successful built projects in the Middle East, Asia and the USA from residential, mixed-use, commercial, institutional, hospitality and entertainment. Reputed as a collaborator who can establish exceptional business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and team members across multiple departments to facilitate excellent implementation of projects. Produces forward thinking projects from the ground up both in person and remotely, ensuring flexibility and a streamlined approach.

  • Analyssa Bersoza

    Office Manager
    Energetic and self-motivated professional with experience in managing office operations. Her strong managegment organizational skills is brought by her work experience and education in Business Strategic Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

  • Sheminith Alag

    Architect
    Philippine registered architect with experience in working on international projects. Her professional experience spans from architectural planning and design to structural steel detailing and preparation of bill of materials.
